[mew-int 2450] Re: Moving local mew to an IMAP server

When I converted my email storage from local to IMAP, I used
imap-append which I wrote together with Rasmus Kaj, author of
imaputil: http://www.stacken.kth.se/~kaj/hack/imaputil
Imaputil (mis)uses imtest to access the server, just like gnus.
