MH-E 8.2 released

Version 8.2 of MH-E, a small release that includes internal changes from
the Emacs team and contains a new hook, `mh-pack-folder-hook', will
appear in GNU Emacs 23.1.

There is a known bug where you can't attach attachments in Emacs 21.
This will be fixed in 8.2.1.

** New Variables in MH-E 8.2

*** mh-pack-folder-hook

The `mh-pack-folder-hook' is run by `F p' (`mh-pack-folder') after
renumbering the messages. Hook functions can access the current folder
name with `mh-current-folder'.

** Bug Fixes in MH-E 8.2

*** New version of mh-mm-save-part

Several functions have been updated with code from Gnus 5.11 (closes SF
#2235022).
