Emacs 21.3 should be okay.  It works for me.

Peter is right.  Alias completion works in mh-redistribute
in Emacs-21.2, but not in the CVS Emacs from April 6.

It does.  It uses `mh-read-address' from mh-alias.el.

If you are using CVS Emacs and it doesn't work, it's a bug
