Maybe you hit `;' (`mh-toggle-mh-decode-mime-flag') and just need to hit
it again to have the MIME interpreted instead of shown.

This is probably the real problem. Do you even *have* the Cyrillic
windows-1251 character set on your machine, and do you even read Russian
and care to read messages in this character set?
