Quarantining Spam mail

Hi Everyone,

How do I compile simscan with --enable-quarantinedir=DIR option. Even after compiling with this option my mails are not going to the DIR which I mentioned. How does it works? My basic requirements are mentioned below:

1) How do I enable quarantine for Spam and virus mails?
2) How do I get a report of all mails which are quarantined to my admin email id?
3) Can I use more than 1 anti-virus scanner in simscan?

Thanks and regards,

Amit

Re: Quarantining Spam mail

I'm actually testing simscan and quarantine option is working fine.
Maybe you have some directory or permission problems.

I compile my --enable-quarantinedir with
--enable-quarantinedir=/var/qmail/simscan/quaratine, but simscan search
for quarantine dir above /var/qmail. So I create a simlink in
/var/qmail/quaratine points to /var/qmail/simscan/quaratine and all
works fine... The permissions are important too: the owner and group to
/var/qmail/simscan is simscam user

I have another doubt about quarantine - did you knwon if can I
quarantine rejected mails by attach (extension blocks) option or this is
possibile only if is blocked by spam and viruses?
