Several of the filters you're wanting to change don't currently exist in 
spamdyke.  Specifically, I'm not sure what you mean by 
"in_mailing_list".  Also, spamdyke can't accept or reject messages based 
on their subject lines.  In your list, would a message have to match all 
of the "OK" filters to pass, or would just one be enough?  Lastly, is 
there a difference between "Drop" and "Reject"?

spamdyke doesn't have the ability to execute arbitrary commands during 
message delivery (or rejection).  There are only two ways to run other 
programs from spamdyke.  The first is the command used to check 
passwords during authentication.  The other is the qmail command that 
spamdyke passes the messages to.
