  [ ]  True - No need to CC me when replying
  [x]  False - Please CC me when replying

This bug occurs when I am using html compose format and spellchecking

When spell checking in HTML compose format the 'add to dictionary' option
does not appear - when in 'plain text' format all works fine and custom
directory is created and updated.
