On the Touch screen:

Clear the playlist, by tapping the playlist icon top right, scroll down
to the bottom of the playlist and tap "Clear Playlist"
Tap the shuffle icon for either shuffle track or shuffle album,
depending on which you want.
Go to "My Music" > "Playlists" and press and hold till you get a popup,
tap play.

Right i did the above and it goes to the home screen and so there is
no shuffle icon.
