Greetings! The only lead I can provide you is a German translation by Ernst Jandl, published by Suhrkamp Verlag (Frankfurt) in 1995. It includes translation of the Lecture on Nothing, Lecture on Something, and 45' for a Speaker -- not the whole book. I've read aloud parts of the "Vortrag uber Nichts" and it compares very beautifully with the "Amerikanischen." The title of the translation is simply "Silence" (in English). Best wishes, David M.
