also, could be said it's Praxis with Bootsy.... (1st album)
I will check it out - but I'm over the whole jam band thing, but I think

I think "funk jam improvs" is a good description of
the live shows I've heard from the past few years.
Quite a bit of directionless noodling, although maybe
the album will be a bit more focused.
