measuring delay and jitter with argus

Hi,

I have a problem. I would like to measure delay, jitter and bandwidth to 
and from whichever domain (www.google.com for instance).

Currently i'm using Red Hat Linux 7.2, but it's no problem to swich to 
any other if it helps. I'm a total greenhorn when Linux is concerned:)
