The documentation you refer to asks you to download boost_1_33_1,  
which you apparently haven't done.
Please try that and see if it will work.

 If you would can use Linux in your machine all of this things will turn
much better.

 You'll not see these suck errors.

 Windows is as !

 Linux is the best
