struct_debug.hpp missing from 0.16.0 tarball

When I use bjam ... logging=verbose,  I get the following errors:

...
src\torrent.cpp(94) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'libtorrent/struct_debug.hpp': No
such file or directory

Looking inside include\libtorrent, I see it's missing.

When I look in SVN, I see it there: http://libtorrent.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/libtorrent/trunk/include/libtorrent/
