I met this problem also. In addition, I've noticed, that not
only the old version queue not works, but after restarting 
the new things in it are bad too. If I had a half downloaded 
file, the program didn't show any information about the 
file. (If I put it again into the queue, I can continue the 
download well, and the information about the file was 
correct). I used the 0.3.5 before the 0.3.6. Downgrade have 
solved the problem.

The other problem was, that the 0.3.6 after about a half day 
became very slow.
I have debian sarge with kernel 2.4.28 (with ck patch), and 
icewm, 512M ram.

Same problem here with cvs 0.3.7.CVS20050215. After every restart I have
to dig up the same files again. Sometimes also an empty run occurs. I mean
that rhere is "Run" after the user and "idle" after all files. Also in the
transfer list there can be empty occurences (which don't run, they just
are). Something is not right now...
