0.15 Beta2

Hi folks,

The second beta of 0.15 is available:

Source, Windows (32-bit, 64-bit), and Mac (Universal Intel 32/64-bit) packages 
are present. Unlike Beta1, the binaries for each platform include all expected 
functionality and use recent versions of all dependencies.

Note: Psi 0.15 uses a new profile data format. Data from 0.14 and prior will be 
migrated to the new format when you run 0.15 for the first time. However, 
there's no turning back, and so you should only use 0.15 for your primary IM 
needs if you're prepared to fully commit to it.

Since 0.14, this version contains about two years worth of merges from the 
Psi+ project, and removal of Qt3Support. Thanks to Rion and Dealer_WeARE for 
diligently keeping the Psi source repo current all this time.
