There is no way to pause chosen uploads from webui currently.

Follow-up Comment #1, task #10952 (project mldonkey):

I do not like the idea to implement file management functionality in MLDonkey
(moving from shared files), but you can unshare whole directories, which is
similar to your idea.

Follow-up Comment #2:

I didn't mean moving files at all, just some logic inside mldonkey which
decides whether to upload particular file. From the point of user - looking at
"downloads" tab it is possible to pause file, but looking at "uploads" - there
is no way.
