If you have any indications of the crash in the logs, they would be very
helpful.

If you do, then please grab the tool 'gdb_backtrace' from selftest in
our git repo, and make a developer build of Samba4.

Then in your smb.conf put:

panic action = /path/to/gdb_backtrace %d

Then perhaps try current master again.  I have fixed a number of
substantial memory leaks since Aug 9, so it's worth upgrading anyway.
