Hire a TCP development

Dear all,

Need to hire a professional to develop a project for a TCP server to manage
TCP connection from GPS AVLs. They send a plain string like any of this 3
alternatives:

This GPS AVLs are connected to a GPRS network with a valid IP.

We need to manage this TCP connection and store on a MySQL or PostgreSQL
database the following data:

1) the raw data of the strings
2) IP of the remote host
3) socket of the remote host

Besides "listening" the string of the GPS we need to send them different
kind of strings, so it will be like a bidirectional communication.
