a few minor things

A few minor things to address a rainy day:
* in build.conf please change FF download URL to ver. 13 (current
13.0.1 is available). Require minor tweak to
packages/firefox/etc/TSdefault/prefs.tpl too.
* in build.conf I still think that "package lpr" should be kicked as
it is broken.
* in README (shown when running setup_chroot) please add a line about
switching between UP and SMP.
* in README (shown when running setup_chroot) please add a couple of
lines explaining the need for .dna in packages and the use of makedna.
