TUX oops at kernel 2.6.18

Hello.
Kernel sources with tux3-2.6.18-1  in my test looks great, but on production server kernel is getting oops in ~5 minutes at function do_send_abuf.
Problem is with state of socket which have TCP_CLOSE.
Have you any ideas?
