Windows 2.40.65 version available anywhere please?

Could somebody help with a Windows build of 2.40.65 please ?

I have already installed 2.40.65 on my Synology NAS but require the same version for a windows box.  I don't
really know too much about building so a pre-built version of 2.40.65 would be super-helpful.
Look forward to any replies.
