Ignore files modified during synchronization

Hi,

I have the following 2 different errors:

Failed [Apps/PortApps/PortableApps/ThunderbirdPortable/Data/profile/permissions.sqlite]: The
source file /cygdrive/c/Data/Long/Apps/PortApps/PortableApps/ThunderbirdPortable/Data/profile/permissions.sqlite
has been modified but the fast update detection mechanism
failed to detect it.  Try running once with the fastcheck
option set to 'no'.

Failed: The source file /cygdrive/c/Data/Long/Apps/PortableApps/Evernote-Data/Data-user1/Databases/user1.exb
has been modified during synchronization.  Transfer aborted.

1. Have these files been transferred successfully even with this failure message?

2. Is there a way to ignore these kind of error (only) and return success return code? (I still want other
types of errors to return a failed status)

These 2 files seem to be modified almost all the time. All I would like unison to do is transfer these files
anyways and stop reporting them as failure.
