Merge B.A.T.M.A.N. dissector in one file

The last patch will not apply witch "patch -p0" because the $Id...$ stuff were
removed by svn diff. This patch will work with the current changes in svn and
will maybe break soon when somebody changes something in the files. Dont forget
to "svn rm --force epan/dissectors/packet-bat-gw.c
epan/dissectors/packet-bat-packet.h epan/dissectors/packet-bat-vis.c
epan/dissectors/packet-bat-batman.c" If you didnt run patch with option
--remove-empty-files (blame svn diff again for this).
