On January 24, 2006, the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce,
Science & Transportation held a hearing entitled "Broadcast and
Audio Flag."  At that hearing, it was clear that just one Senator
was willing to stand up for innovation and consumer interests:
Senator John Sununu from New Hampshire.

We at Public Knowledge believe it is important to let Senator
Sununu know of our appreciation for standing strong on this
