Re: Ask women in FS a question

Dear all,

As some of you may know, the Flossie 2012 conference is happening this weekend. I am running a project called "The Record" which will create a video archive of interviews with women attending this fab event (there are set to be 180 women in attendance).

I am inviting fellow fellows to add their questions, which will be put to the women during the interview. Just click the link above and write down any questions you would like to ask about Women and Floss!

Best,

Anna

This is a really interesting initiative Anna - very good to see this
important work being done in the UK and with the help of FSFE!

Best,

Sam.

Sam could you please provide more context for this?

Thanks,
Torsten

Yes. Anna co-organised a conference for women in Free Software in London
(http://flossie.org), and is interviewing women who attend about their
involvement with Free Software.

The interviews are being filmed and will be published under a CC license, and
will hopefully form the basis for research.

The interview project is a joint effort of Anna Morris (FSFE Fellow), and two
academics.

Best,

Sam.
