Is the movement of the installer correct?

Hello. I am WDSibyl user in the sphere of DBCS (Japan).

It hangs in the vicinity for three minutes though it moves from the 
history tab to the tab of install while installing it, and it doesn't 
react to the mouse etc. besides at all though I am WDSibyl user in 
the sphere of DBCS. 

Will this be usual operation though the installation ends normally?

How though doubted that the installer malfunctions 
because there is '\' in the second byte of the character of DBCS
when searching for the directory?
