Where are you coming from?

I can access the RS fine from MTNBusiness (AS16637), Posix (AS6083), 
Neotel (AS36937) and Telkom Internet via ADSL.

local-route-server>sh ip bgp | inc version
BGP table version is 4257460775, local router ID is 196.4.160.227
