IRC Sessions: Change in day and some topical sessions

Here are a few tidbits about the weekly IRC Office Hour:

We've decided to change our weekly Office Hour from 11am on Tuesdays to 
11am on Wednesdays.  This is because Tuesday is a day usually filled 
with meetings and so many people are unavailable.   

We're also going to return to scheduling discussion topics for some of 
our IRC sessions.  So please join us for our first Wednesday Office Hour 
at 11am on Wednesday, November 12 when we'll talk about the Chandler 
data/model and repository.   We'll start with a general description of 
our approach to data.  Our approach is a bit unusual, so it's probably 
worth the time to start here, even if some participants have heard this 
before.  We'll also have an update of where the repository is now and 
what's planned in the near future.

In the following weeks we'll have sessions covering such things as:  our 
progress on feature prioritization, a discussion of the design 
discussions which have started since Mimi arrived, the status of agents 
and Chandler community - building.  We may actually schedule the 
community-building  topic quite soon, so I can use the information to 
improve the following activities.   Details will be posted to the
