Oracle v Google
So Google was cleared of all patent infringement, only infringed on the copyrights of Oracle on the 9 lines of rangeCheck and the 5 test files which were never released. Pending the outcome of Alsup's ruling on if the Sequence, Structure, and Organization of APIs are copyrightable, it looks like things went well for Google.
From jury interviews, it seemed like only the foreman was really against Google per se. He was the lone hold out for 4 days during the patent bits and was in the three people who hung the jury on fair use of the APIs.
