Web Designer and Web Hosting in China

I'm looking for a professional Website Designer ( initially in pure html 
but eventually developed features later using PHP/MySQL).

And also can you cite available webhost provider in China?? I got 
sinohosting.net and hichina.com.  I need more  provider names to consult 
on hosting the website.
