We are back in operation with all upgrades completed; dumps that were interrupted in the middle have been restarted from the appropriate step. I had also hoped to push out a new version of the dump scripts but ran into a bug, not clear where it was introduced, so I had to back that out for now. Yes, they are rerunning the interrupted jobs. Once those are complete we'll be back to normal.
