The minimal-net platform with wireshark is a good way to become familiar 
with basic ip6/udp/tcp networking.
Cooja emulates sky motes in a radio network environment and gives insight 
into how the number of nodes, sleep, and response time are interdependent.
Both of those are included with instant contiki.

I am james and I need some help regarding Low PAN development on TELOS or 
TMOTE SKY.I want to know where to get started. I have read alot about these
