There isn't really a specific "release" any more. That's only a base repository, the idea being that updates are sent using hg (mercurial),
and when the base repository is made is essentially arbitrary. It's probably reasonable to do a new repository every year, though,
if not every 6 months, when there aren't massive changes that justify reissuing everything.
