Build failure - port amd64 - filemon.h not in sets list

From sources updated a few minutes ago ...

=======  2 extra files in DESTDIR  =========
Files in DESTDIR but missing from flist.
File is obsolete or flist is out of date ?

./usr/include/dev/filemon
./usr/include/dev/filemon/filemon.h
=========  end of 2 extra files  ===========

I think we need to add these to src/distrib/sets/lists/comp/mi ?  (OR 
does this belong in ..../base/mi ?)

We also need to add usr/include/dev/filemon/ to 
src/etc/mtree/NetBSD.dist.base ?

base/mi seems to have all the similar entries.
will put it there.
