pkgsrc/bootstrap is broken , Solaris and co

I love the freeze period. I was near to make a bulk build for Solaris10 x86_64 
gcc

I apply the last change to bootstrap before doing the work, and... bug in
bootstrap.
It is a little frustrating.

This should be fixed now.  I'm not sure why this wasn't picked up on my 
Mac OS X system, and I'll have to investigate that later.
