Can I use Gcc on HP 690

Hey guys:
I wanna use NetBSD on HP 690,but I have some questions,Such as:may I use GCC on HP 690?
Is it default installed or I need I installed by myself?
Where can I find the hardware support list?
I wanna use wireless under NetBSD.

Thank you =)

gcc is installed with NetBSD and quite usable (of course it's limited by
the CPU power of these small devices). To compile large packages, you
may need to add swap over NFS, though.

PRISM II based cards do work very well. For a list have a look here:

http://www.netbsd.org/Hardware/

As most drivers are platform independant, most cards supported by NetBSD
(PCMCIA, not CardBus) will work.

Hope this helps,
