Re: New Haiku screenshot tour

Hi,

Just a quick remark: the Web+ screenshot
(http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21023348/Slideshow/images/apps-2_preview.jpg)
shows Tracker's Bookmarks window localized in deutch, while the rest
is in english. It can looks confusing for newcomers. And the comment
can underline the "bookmarks are fileswith attributes" a bit, maybe,
as done in slideshow page 4 for contacts, search, downloads but not
bookmarks.

Otherwise, it looks good. Maybe lacking a bit of productive apps. What
about Wonderbrush? Or is it only about the core distro stuffs only?

Bye,
Philippe.

After considering it, I'd leave that information out at that point. For
one, these captions are meant to be short, to the point "sloagans".
Adding another topic may distract from the topic bundled apps/prefs of
that page. The concept of attributes are only "introduced" later on
page 4.

The core distro first (though WB is currently part of that...). I've
thought about adding one screenshot showing various 3rd party apps with
something like "There are 3rd party applications especially created for
Haiku, as well as from the pool of BeOS programs, thanks to Haiku's
