I'm still waiting for somebody to tell me what to do. I started doing
Backgrounds but there's a full implementation already somewhere. here I am.

I was supposed to do the Background prefs but got sidetracked learning
the GNU tools (and work). I'll email the source I have to Andrew though.
Hopefully I can get back on it soon...
