Hello,
there is a similar application in the web from szegd university that i have tried with MTS300. Of course there was some lost packets but it was OK. Here is the steps how you install it:
  1. Download these two libraries http://szte-wsn.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/szte-wsn/tinyos-2.x/trunk/tos/lib/Atm128FastAdc/ and http://szte-wsn.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/szte-wsn/tinyos-2.x/trunk/tos/lib/FastSerial/ and put them  under your /tinyos-2.x/tos/lib.
  2. Download the special BaseStation application from http://szte-wsn.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/szte-wsn/tinyos-2.x/trunk/apps/BaseStation/ and before install it  it in your mote, change the variableSZTETOSDIR to TOSDIR in its Makefile file.
  3. Install the attached application which is no longer available for download
  4. if you are working on windows run the java application by using this command  java Capture -comm serial <at> COMn:230400 where n is the highest virtal COM port number appearing in your device manager.
Cheers
