Hi All,

         I was going through this article (http://in.news.yahoo.com/32/20091128/1055/tnl-gurgaon-policeman-suspended-after-go.html) and itr made me wonder how someone's life has been ruined (Physical and mental Harrasment) and the culprit is just suspensed.

    Most of the times we have seen that Government officials Specailly Police, IAS,IPS

officers are transferred or sent on long leave for their misdeed.

    It just made me wonder why do we have different laws (Why it is biased) for people at

different strata.

  Why they are not prosecuted like any common man.

     Kindly ignore my ignorance but such news bothers me very much, i am just trying to

find answers.
