help with Xplor-NIH

Hello
I have a question regarding the "hands on tutorial - step by step" on your documentation page.
I downloaded the file and extracted it on my computer but I can not find a way to start using the tutorial. Am I missing something?

Please start with the top-level TUTORIAL file. The various TUTORIAL
files contain instructions, but it wil probably help if you first
become familiar with the beginner's tutorial pdf.
