Taking out email addresses in online papers and research directory

Dear All,

By popular demand I have taken out the email listings on both the online 
papers page and the research directory page. Many of our community 
members were concerned about the spam flow coming from completely 
exposed email addresses on our site.

Hopefully this will put an end to that.  All papers that get submitted 
have in their pdf file email information about the authors - so that 
information will be preserved. On the research directory front - 
hopefully people will enter their personal websites and can be contacted 
in that fashion.
