Licensing Agreement

I have found the BLP press release and seen it repeated all over.  However, I haven't found 
Roosevelt County electric or Estacado, either, out with a press release touting their signing of 
such a momentous agreement.

Fishy?

You would think that both sides would have a media policy on this and that both sides would 
be out there.  Actually, finding anything about Estacado is pretty tough.
