    katana/openrave: add caesar model with 6dof arm

    Cannot dynamically change arm which is defined in the XML
    file. Need a seperate "robot" model that contains the arm
    with 6-DOF-katana incl. dummy-joint.

    REMEMBER: Add path cointaining arm-model to environment
    variable OPENRAVE_DATA!
