Question on jitter tolerance vs. min. eye width specs. in SFF-8431 Rev4.1

Hi experts,
Referring to p.32 of the SFF-8431 (Rev. 4.1) spec.:

Why is the minimum eye width at the Rx input (Fig. 20) (0.3 UI) NOT equal to one minus the high frequency floor
of the jitter tolerance mask (Fig. 21) (1 - .05 UI = 0.95 UI)?

Hello David,
Looks like the Jitter tolerance Mask is defined for SJ only which is 0.05UI at higher frequencies.  The
overall EYE mask takes into account not only the SJ but the balance of the jitter which is a combination of
ISI and RJ.  These combinations can add up to as much as 0.65UI for this spec.
