Stanford On The Moon Conference

Hi ...

Came across this and thought some might want to put it on their
calendars for Oct 21st. Since Rachelle's Due Date is the Octoner 24th,
I may be a little busy around then but I'll try to make it too.

Oops ... Forgot the link. No dates seem to be available for this year
yet. Anyone know the principals?

Yeah, I know Steve (I think his last name is Durst?). He participates
fairly regularly with the Bay Area Moon Society Chapter. Apparently
he jumps back and forth between Hawaii and Menlo Park on a semi-regular
basis. I think their group actually paid SpaceDev to do some conceptual
work in the past for their International Lunar Observatory project. Nice guy,
interesting idea, but probably needs some changes in how he executes it
to make it actually realistic.
