[FOP 0.95 PDF] How change title/section font size?

Hi, All,

Sometimes, I want to make the font size of title/section be smaller
than the default size that controlled by FOP 0.95 defautly.

How should I do?

I only find "body.font.size" parameter, seems to only control para
font size, not title/section font size.
