Thank you for the report and sorry for the delay with the answer.

We have fixed this. Now it works as follows. If you load 
<foo attr="&quot;value&quot;"/>, the result of a query will be the same:
<foo attr="&quot;value&quot;"/>.

Download Sedna 1.0 with the fix.
