open source application for an NGO

For an NGO :

First aspect:

Inputs (as complaints/requests) come form 3 different physical locations
(locations can be increasing in future);

These inputs relate to 6 different roles (for those who have to respond)
(roles can be increasing in future);

These need to be prioritized and responded to (via sms / email / letter /
visit), by different roles/locations.

Second aspect:

There are databases of each of the locations (population,
social-cultural-infrastructural etc. aspects, that need to be then
connected to each of the inputs/locations and various reports produced on
the work expected by people / projects granted to people and the pace of
the projects.).

If you can think of any open source application/s that can help, please let
me know.

Re: open source application for an NGO

Sudhir, you could use Ushahidi, FLSMS and Swara IVR (swara.mojolab.org) in
combination with each other to get to the outcomes you're looking for.
You would have to customize the apps to some degree (shouldnt take more
than a few scripts) and then train your users to use it.

Cheers
